We know getting the correct ring size on the internet can be tricky, and as each ring is made to order we can't accept returns or exchanges. 
However it's important that your ring fits! So if you've made a mistake with the size you've ordered please get in touch and use this service to pay for a resize.  
We would love to resize your ring for free, but in many cases we need to almost start the ring from scratch to resize, so it's simply not practical. 
When you pay for this item we will send you a few ring gauge sizes up or down of your original order to make sure we resize it correctly. We will also send prepaid return packaging. Please return the ring gauges and the ring in this packaging and let us know the correct size. We will make a start as soon as we receive your ring and size.
